After my items have shipped when will I receive my package?

We use Australia Post for all shipping. Take between 8 to 10 days

My package says delivered, but I didn’t get it?

Sometimes packages will state delivered when they are out for delivery in your area. Always check with your neighbors and your local post office about the package. Every once in a while the package will arrive the next day or two after it states it was delivered as well. If you still cannot locate it, please send an email to us and we will work with you.
